He was fantastic! Not only did he show me quite a few properties that met my specifications, his diligent work from contract to closing kept me sane. The ale of my Brooklyn home was held up considerably due to the buyers having a very slow mortgage approval, and he negotiated with my NJ lawyer, the seller's agent, and many others. Lidia Villiez is an amazing realtor, she made this first time buying experience so simple. She addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help us. We closed on our house right around hurricane sandy and Lidia was there through the entire process making sure we had a easy time. I would highly recommend Lidia as a realtor.
Lidia is an excellent agent , i would highly recommend her to help sell your home or guy a home. Worked with us on a VERY difficult short-sale. Very persistent and determined to get my family into our dream home. He was always available to explain issues and update us on the progress of our purchase. Provided a relaxed and comfortable environment to discuss any questions we had.
