Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! Awesome Experience!
Ease of making reservation. Loved the starter bag. It helped as you don't have to rush to the grocery store. Friendly and knowledgeable when I called the office. I liked the email reminders.
picking out the house and check-in was a breeze, agent was very helpful and assisted in picking out the right size home. Although we found things to be a little unkept at the house itself. Very cluttered under the house, microwave handle looked to have a had a quick fix with glue - which didn't hold, cleaners should have checked over the property for major dust - found on walls, ceilings and ledges. And the deck railing outside the main level bedroom had not been fixed - which was brought to your attention weeks ago when my ... read more
Check in and out was easy. Communication and updates were frequent and informative. Very pleased with customer service.

I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. I think that Century 21 did a good job of providing useful information before and throughout our stay, however, we were not very happy with several things regarding the house. 1. Cleaning supplies were left out upon our entry. Dirty paper towels and spray were a definite turn off. The house was not properly cleaned. I vacuumed during the first two hours of our arrival. The few rugs there were extremely worn and dirty. 2. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Whereas they had adequate pots, there was only one usable frying pa... read more
We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we had to get fixed ( tub and hood that covers chimney). Service was quick. The shower liner was extremely dirty. You would think the cleaning service would have cleaned or changed it. Linens and towels was wrapped in plastic., which we appreciated. Peaceful area, friendly people
