We had a few suggestions for the condo itself. We wrote down all of the improvements and brought it in to your staff and they handled it really well. We shared our concern about the extremely uncomfortable sleeper sofa (we were having two guests coming in to stay with us that same evening), and the staff contacted the owner, sent someone to take pictures and look at the sleeper sofa, and sent a brand-new one out the same day! Very friendly staff! Easy and quick check in process and dog friendly staff! When we arrived, our garbage cans were completely full at no fault of the realty's. I called them and they sent someone to empty all of our garbage cans in just a few hours time. Very accommodating and friendly! Would recommend this realty and their clean cottages!
Stay and Anderin Seas just beautiful. We had perfect weather. And Century 21 is a great rental co to rent from.
Booking and check in were easy. However, we had the same experience as always. These houses are DIRTY and seem lacking of certain maintenance. Tattered furniture, gross bed covers, ripped pillows, water damaged cabinets, MOLD growing on one of the shower curtains, dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, sand and debris in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, not enough seating in the main living area, or on the outside decks, UNCOMFORTABLE mattresses with one bed literally being supported by a foot stool, disgusting carpet on the... read more
You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
Check in was very easy and prompt. Reservation process was also very easy. The house, on the other hand, had dirty carpets, dirty walls, laminate coming off in many places on the kitchen cabinets, broken fridge door shelf but it was replaced the next day. The exterior has siding that is deteriorating . The ground level bedroom accessed through the garage has what looks like water damage along the baseboards and a moldy/mildew type odor. Check in was a ease and the house Wynn's Way had everything we needed for our family. The only thing about the house was that it needed some dusting and there was sand on the furniture that you could feel when you sat down.
