I’ve had a great experience touring at Community Center Lake Apartments. The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Marie for her outstanding customer service. She is professional, caring, and always takes the time to listen and assist whenever needed. Rent is high for a studio that's the only problem I have no water meter and other things after rent
Lived here now for 6 months. Love the quiet, safe neighborhood. The community stays on top of its outdoor care. Rating so low due to termite infestation. Pest control has been out twice in the last month and it seems to be getting worse. We are finding termites in the bed, clothes in the closet, kitchen, bathroom, and all near the A/C. It makes your living uncomfortable and makes you question whether you should continue living like this until the lease ends or risk paying a huge fine to break it and get yourself away from th... read more
