Full service physical therapy clinic. Established in 2012, we operate in a beautiful 2600 square foot space located in the heart of Centralia just off of I-5. We are located across from Safeway on Harrison Avenue in the same building as Subway, Sprint, and Great Clips. We specialize in orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation with an emphasis in spine care. We see many post-op cases such as shoulder, knee, and hip surgeries.

Everyone there is always so pleasant and seems genuinely concerned about you. They are encouraging during your session - motivating you to try harder. Can't say enough good things about them. Been going there for almost 3 years, after every operation, I keep returning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Would ( and have) recommend them to friends. They are the Best!
I finally remembered to look you up on FB! I have had 2 rounds with PT here, 1 with each foot surgery. They are all hard working and address the issues & help you set the goals. I appreciate all they helped me accomplish and I continue my therapy at home as well. I highly recommend CENTRALIA PHYSICAL THERAPY. Amazing people, hard workers, funny. I would definitely go back. They get right down to the problem and help you fix it, give you things to do home to help you. I love them and they know how to make you smile and laugh <3
