Full service physical therapy clinic. Established in 2012, we operate in a beautiful 2600 square foot space located in the heart of Centralia just off of I-5. We are located across from Safeway on Harrison Avenue in the same building as Subway, Sprint, and Great Clips. We specialize in orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation with an emphasis in spine care. We see many post-op cases such as shoulder, knee, and hip surgeries.

I asked my Olympic Orthopedic Associates provider in Olympia for a referral for PT after my complicated rotator cuff surgery. First on her list was Centralia Physical Therapy. Nancy Jordan, PT, MA was my therapist with Allison as her main helper. Others helped out over several months of work to restore function.
