Full service physical therapy clinic. Established in 2012, we operate in a beautiful 2600 square foot space located in the heart of Centralia just off of I-5. We are located across from Safeway on Harrison Avenue in the same building as Subway, Sprint, and Great Clips. We specialize in orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation with an emphasis in spine care. We see many post-op cases such as shoulder, knee, and hip surgeries.

excellent staff, very clean, and considerate. but they work you hard.

I was recommended Centralia PT after an injury and surgery (broken fibula, ruptured tendons, detached ankle). I was a mess. :-) These folks did such an incredible job. The office staff is professional and kind. The therapist and his team, everyone who worked with me, are excellent. I left every appointment feeling renewed encouragement for the road ahead. I highly recommend them!
