Full service physical therapy clinic. Established in 2012, we operate in a beautiful 2600 square foot space located in the heart of Centralia just off of I-5. We are located across from Safeway on Harrison Avenue in the same building as Subway, Sprint, and Great Clips. We specialize in orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation with an emphasis in spine care. We see many post-op cases such as shoulder, knee, and hip surgeries.

RecommendedVery good and helpful a nice staff
We have been here 3 times over the last 3 years for my daughter due to some leg issues. They have all been wonderful. Some of them even remembering details about my daughter through conversation, it just makes us feel like we matter to them they don’t just forget about you because you left and treatment is over. I had bunion surgery on my left foot, and was off my feet for two months. When I healed enough to stand up, I was too weak and in immense pain. I was referred to PT and I am so glad that I chose these guys! They helped me get through one of the hardest times in my life. They never hurt me, but always helped me push myself to get stronger. I give Centralia Physical Therapy a 10/10.
I feel like my old self again in a very short period of time considering where I started post surgery 1 week. Steven developed a good plan and was consistent in the therapy. Everyone I worked with had compassion and caring as well as the physical need and I never felt rushed or a nuisance. Highly recommend!
Awesome, friendly staff! They are so amazing with my 8 year old son and always make his therapy fun and exciting every week. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your needs big or small at any age. Such a great team to work with! Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication with my son.
My husband has been using this facility off and on for some time and each session was the same. Friendly, helpful and just downright accommodating. Never had the feeling we were rushed to get through. Holly our lady of choice knows her business and is very perceptive. Office staff is always on the ball.

CPT rocks!!! They do outstanding work and really care about each and every person they see. They've made a tremendous difference in my life and physical condition.
