An absolutely fantastic vet office. The staff is kind and patiently answers all my questions.
Great with working with your EMERGENCY NEEDS when it matters! Helpful over the phone. Reasonable prices, never a long wait, and very understanding.
I cannot tell you what a blessing this vet is. Every one of the staff are sweet, courteous and generally care about your animals. We have an unusual breed, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, but the vets we have seen love on her here. When our male pup passed, they sent a sympathy card with pet poems. It was the sweetest thing. We have also used the kennel which is priced well and our dogs love it. Best vet I've ever used. We don't live in the area anymore but will still drive through and make appointments during that time.
Thank you Central Vet staff for your kindness and very sweet card after the loss of our beloved Dylan. I've been through this before, but this was by far, the hardest pet loss I've ever had to deal with. Dr. Ferrell and the tech (I am so sorry I didn't get her name) were so very kind and understanding. I have used Central Vet many times in the 35 years I've lived in Knoxville. I have been using Central Vet since my sweet Harleigh was eight weeks old( 2014) and after acquiring Ronan my rescue he has went to no one else they are the greatest !!!! They take the time to see you without an appointment in their busy day all the gals & guys I just LOVE them!! Every person over there goes out of their way to make sure you thoroughly know the meds & how to give them.
