We recently changed veterinarians and we could not be happier with our decision. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The veterinarian we've worked with, Dr. Keele, is both highly knowledgeable and personable. He truly makes you feel welcome! To boot, the office functions efficiently and in an impressively timely manor for the amount of personalized care they provide. If you live in Knoxville and are looking for a good veterinarian, you cannot go wrong here.
I have been going to this vet since college, of 97. They have always been what you expect of a good vet. They are pricey, especially the flea n tick topical meds, but they carry them. Always decent service...some of the staff has changed through the years, techs and front desk, not always friendly or smiling, but still good service.
I brought my puppy Marley here after I had a bad experience somewhere else. The other vet refused to let us be in the same room with him while they did a skin test and ended up trying to sell us the training because he apparently tried to bite. When we brought him to Central Veterinary hospital, they were so nice and shocked that they had said that.
So glad I have switched. Dr. Patterson is always so empathetic and gentle with my babies. He truly cares for the well being of out cats, not with how much money can be charged. He gives his honest opinon, even when its hard to hear.
I'm an overprotective pet parent and have had two great experiences here since I moved to the area. Dr. Clanin and Dr. Patterson have both been wonderful - caring, attentive, receptive to what I have to say about my cat. No one has tried to upsell me on unnecessary products and procedures. Prices are very reasonable and the whole staff is friendly. I'll definitely continue coming back.
