My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. but I had forgotten my appointment time. A staff person called me before 9:00 a.m. to see if I was okay and when I told her I had completely forgotten the appointment, she was very understanding and squeezed me in as soon as I could get there. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and I was made to feel very comfortable and they did everything they could to make the visit as pleasant as possible. It was a very informative and pleasant experience. Dr. Blumenstock is so friendly and knowledge not only of sleep abnea, but also of all the other sympoms that can be associated with it. He is also very funny, lol
Personal and professional care and compassion for my circumstance were handled one to one from the staff that accomodated my travel schedule to Dr. Blumenstock who spent the time to explain the benefit. I had no success with CPAP, my wife was at the end of her rope if i did not get help with snoring and Sleep Apnea. I received my first appliance fully adjusted just before a China trip. I feel that the process in moving me along in a positive direction with my sleep matter has been collaborative and certainly of great benefit. One of the great things about this place, is they use the latest technologies. Time is saved in the office by filling out pre-appointment forms online. It is so unusual to find such a friendly, competent, and efficient front desk staff at a medical/dental office. I showed up on time, and I didn't have to wait.
