I picked up my Sleep Apnea appliance today. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The dental assistant (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) took her time and explained how to care, clean, insert, remove, and adjust the appliance. I did not feel like I was rushed through the appointment, and I left the office confident that I will be able to use the appliance properly. I was very impressed with Dr. Blumenstock's knowledge of sleep apnea and his passion for his work. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was wonderful.
For a first time visit I was extremely impressed. The entire staff was professional, polite and made you feel very comfortable as if I was a long time patient (which I likely will be now).
Efficient, Informative, I always feel like the staff is glad to see me.
