If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Arlington Nissan to check out a 2025 ******. After spending over 3 hours there, I decided not to move forward with the deal and that's when things got really bad. The sales manager, ****** ******, suddenly got aggressive. He ripped the paperwork out of my hands and, as I was walking out, he got in my face yelling, saying things like We didn't want to sell you a car anyway and This is my house. I initially brought my vehicle in for a recall-related issue, which should have been handled at no cost. During my visit, I was informed there might be a $275 diagnostic fee only if I approved it after being contacted by a technician. I was told I would receive a call before any diagnostic work was performed. My 21 year old daughter went to the sales department inquiring about a possible trade-in for her Nissan for a newer vehicle. The manager with initials J.J made rude, unprofessional remarks after driving her vehicle. After he took her car on a hard test drive, returning back with a new engine light onHe told her that her vehicle belongs in the trash and needs to be crushed in the junk yard. I was quoted a repair job at 4.1 hours. I took my vehicle in for the repair, the service took 2.5 hours and I was subsequently charged for the 4.1 hours.

I bought a new 2024 Rogue Platinum almost six months ago from East Charlotte Nissan. While the sales process went fine, I started to have issues with the infotainment unit immediately. Fast forward all these months later and I am still having these issues and Nissan refuses to replace the unit even though it is a known issue for Rogues that are the ** and Platinum trim. Buyer beware! ******** car buying experience. Sheehy Nissan of Manassas will be quick to sell you a car under very unfair and DECEPTIVE practices. My salesman, Nabi, told me "I have guys (friends) in the service department, I'll fix whatever is wrong with the car...trust me. I don't work on commission - this will come out of my pocket. I'm happy to do this for you. I want you to be happy with your car." On 3/31/2025 my 2022 ******** would no start. I contacted Marhofer Nissan and to arrange service. They redirected me to Nissan to have the vehicle towed as it was still under warranty. That was done and the vehicle delivered to Marhofer the same day. On April 3rd I was advised that it was determined that the problem was with the shifter. It had failed and a replacement was on order.On April 9th I asked if there had been any progress in making the repairing my truck. I got a Nissan Sentra around 2021, it had a tire censor light on and they told me if I bought the car they would fix it. Well all they did was pay for 2 tires not even the 4 but that wasn’t the issue it was the fact that my tire rotating thing was broken but they said nothing was wrong with it and they didn’t even fix the censors and then i had to replace the transmission at 140k miles just to find out the transmission they put in was faulty.
