I can not say enough about the inspection! It was detailed and through. Most importantly, I know that the home that my family will be in is not only safe, structurally and electrically sound, but also in a great neighboorhood! I could not ask for a better home inspection! The attention to detail in the report was very impressive. The report also included pictures and what if anythng, should be done. I would hire Central Home Solutions 100 times over!
Kal responded quickly to my initial request for an appointment and was very flexible in setting that up. He showed up early and since the house was open, dove right in. He's thorough but moves quickly, which is something I appreciate. His final report was very clear with excellent photos, and again, he responded quickly to a follow up question. I recommend him highly, and would not hesitate to hire him again.
Kal was great to work with! Efficient and very detailed in his report. He had great customer service and replied fast to any questions we asked. Would definitely recommend him to others!!
We were supposed to meet at 3. He was already there when we arrived at 2:40. He was on the go, checking room to room making sure he did not miss one thing. He first ran us through his first concerns with his first check. Then ran through the more concerning ones after. He was GREAT to talk to and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!
