As a first time home buyer, Kal made me feel at ease. Kal was punctual, knowledgeable, personable, respectful of the house, had great communication leading up to inspection and during inspection, he made me feel comfortable with the process, and had the report to me within 30 minutes of leaving the property. He talked in terms that I would understand and made the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend Kal!

I was selling my house and the potential buyers hired CHS to inspect my house. He gave an amazing report - there wasn’t a spot he didn’t check!! We were so impressed, my son hired him to check out a home he was looking into! Great job👍🏼!!

Kal carried out an excellent, detailed inspection. He was patient to answer questions, and as a first-time home buyer he explained his process and set expectations. He discovered a room in my house that the realtors didn’t know existed! He also found a bucket of bats – which I’m sure he remembers. The inspection report full of high-quality photos was emailed to me about an hour after he left. I would highly recommend Kal for your next inspection.
