We contacted Kal at CHS for an inspection of our house for pre-sale purposes. He was prompt to reply and scheduled a time within the next week. We are on our second home and I was blown away by how thorough his inspection was for our home! If you are looking for a home inspector and want peace of mind for your next purchase, I think the central Michigan area is lucky to have a great one in our area.
