I had the absolute worst experience at the doctor's office. Sierra Reighard, PA-C, refused to see me for my follow-up appointment simply because I did not agree with the level of care she recommended. I spent over an hour trying to communicate with the front office staff, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was forced to discuss my prior treatment in front of everyone in the lobby.
