My husband had an appointment with this firm on Monday at 3:15pm. He gave all his information to them at 9am. At 3 he showed up after taking the afternoon off. He sat there for 45 mins just to be told that his insurance could not be verified and they would have to make another appointment. WHAT??? You couldn't get his insurance verified?
