I had a number of roofing companies drop by our house claiming to be doing work in the neighborhood. They gave long spiels and only offered high pressure sales tactics, some including a ridiculously high price that was good for a year "but if you sign today, we're offering only a high price." Excellent work...but installed black feeds into my white ground drains. White gutters, white drain outs, but only black transition caps. Why not have white transition caps, there are no black gutters. Made no sense. Installer advised, "You can paint it." Excellent work, but thoughtless in that one regard.

Thanks for the feedback. White drains leading into the ground are on the rare side and therefore a white connection to the drain is not something that we usually keep on the gutter truck. I'll keep this in mind for future jobs and we'll see if we can keep some on hand.
Chris and his team did a great job with the two projects I needed taken care of on my house.
