I love the service I receive here. Not only are they nice and fun they explain things to where non techs understand what they are saying. Plus they are very affordable.
I stopped by the other day to see if someone would look at my laptop. So i stopped by Central Computer Repair to just "drop" off my laptop. Next thing i know, one of the techs heard what i was complaining about and he just walked right over, inspected my computer, did somethhing that took just a second, replaced the cover. And BOOM BABY!! And to make it better the tech told me it was free!! Just goes to show that there are still good people out there! Thanks CCR
I think the technicians at SV are doing a good job. I took my laptop to them the day before Christmas trying to see if they can repair the dc jack for me. Surprisingly, they called me the next Monday and told me it was ready for pickup. It's just been 5 days, including the holidays. I couldn't expect any faster, honestly.
very fast service. I took my computer to another local shop on state street and they wanted to keep my computer for two weeks. plus they tried to sell me a bare bones for a grand. I took my computer to Central Computer Repair, they diagnosted it and fixed some other problems i didnt even know about right on the spot. just had bad memory!! My computer was having an over-heating issue so I called around to see which computer shop could get me in the quickest. I wont say who else I called but CCR said they could look at it real quick and see if it was an easy fix. When I got there I talked to Jason and Terry I believe. They quickly hooked up my computer on their front counter and right away they noticed something I didnt, my processor fan was barely spinning. Jason took it out and pointed out that the bearings were going bad and handed it to me for inspection. S... read more
I just have to say that CCR done a great job on getting my computer back up and running better then it was new. Scott will go out of his way to make sure that you get what you want and for the lowest price. The windows program some how got deleted- I took it in to CCR and talked to Scott and told him what had happen. I took my computer in on Saturday and got it back on Monday. It now runs faster and better then it was new. Scott had updated all of my programs and cleaned all of my files. Overall CCR is the best in town hands... read more
