We bought two computers from CCR & Scott. He helped us out a lot on getting our computer back up and running and we thought he was a friend but he closed up and kept the our laptop he was supposedly working on. What a jerk !!

Scott, the owner, is a bad representive for DELL. He is running customers off. He cares nothing about public relations. He is aggressive toward his customers. I have had nothing from problems with him. I feel sorry for him, as he does not know, or take responsibility for his actions, in relations with the consumer, or his help.
This store sold me a new computer and I found out later it had used parts inside. I would never buy another item from them. Nothing but crooks. They wouldnt take the computer back, and tried to argue with me about the used parts they have installed. I found out later that the computer was not new, and they has used their windows DVD to install with and didnt provide a Product KEY or Disc to repair with. I am reporting them to Microsoft for Piracy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
This place is going down fast. If you have a computer in there you had better go get it. If you have paid for parts and are not getting them, it is likely that Scott has spent the money and you are not going to see your parts or the money again. They have lost the Dell line for not paying and are buying parts on ebay and the internet. I would be very careful.

Would not recommend this store to anyone. Owner is very rude to staff and others. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Owner acts like the owner of Best Buy instead of one trick pony computer store. Ill just buy a Dell direct. At least I wont have to deal with the attitude. Best of luck selling your refurbished Dells!!
