I have reformatted my laptop and for some strange reason my CD Rom stopped working. I immediately took the laptop over CC Repair and the staff provided me with several options one of it suggesting that i should not upgrade to Window 7 due to the age of my laptop. They have successfully fixed the problem and best of all it was done the same day. Great place to buy a custom built computer. I purchased one from them in 2009. I knew what I wanted and they knew how to do it. Since day one I tested the performance of this machine at PC Pitstop and it is so incredible on performance, there are no machines to date on PC Pitstop to compare it to and this is now 2010. Not only this, but if you show up at the door in a wheelchair, they will open the door and you dont need to ask anyone to move stuff out of the way to get around. Went into CCR this morning to find a cooling fan for my computer. They were very helpful, and had what I needed. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a computer repair shop. Thanks again for the replacement fan. Mike
