CCR is a great place if you are having computer problems!! They try to fix it on the spot! They give great advise for being budget friendly! Scott is very helpful and knowledgable in what he does! CCR is great for any and every computer issue. They will always have my buisness and i will recommend it to anyone!!

I was having router issues so I called CCR since I had purchased my computer there. They were able to send someone out the same day at the time I needed them to arrive. They solved my issue in 5 minutes and did not charge me for a service call. They have my business from now on for being so accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them for any computer issues.
Recently purchased a new Dell Laptop and docking station from CCR and I can not say enough about the help and support I have received from Scott and his staff. He and the staff have been very patient and supportive as I have had many questions regarding the features of Windows 7 and the new equipment. They are hands on and I certainly like working with them rather than talking issues over the phone with someone that is difficult to understand. I have reformatted my laptop and for some strange reason my CD Rom stopped working. I immediately took the laptop over CC Repair and the staff provided me with several options one of it suggesting that i should not upgrade to Window 7 due to the age of my laptop. They have successfully fixed the problem and best of all it was done the same day.
