1st dr. I have always been very pleased with this practice until they became owened by CHI Memorial. Unfortunately billing is now done through CHI Memorial, they have terrible coders and bill for co-pay you do not owe. Also I had no luck in contacting the CHI billing dept. they make promises to follow up with the provider and never call back. I have been trying to get this corrected since the first of the year. Dr Jump is great and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I do however have issues with the billing. I come in once a year for a physical that is completely covered by my insurance and each year I get a bill in the mail from CHI memorial stating I owe some small random amount of money - the amount is under $20 but never seem to be the same somehow . After reaching out to them they are usually able to resolve it but the last visits random bill took way too much time for something I shouldn't even be bothered by. W... read more
