My appointment with Dr. Goyal is always pleasant. She is extremely inviting and knowledgeable to my condition. And she puts me at ease on every visit. Glen and the staff welcomed me with a warm and wonderful greeting. They also professional in every way. And most of all empathetic to my needs. I don’t like visiting doctors. However, going to the Center for Rheumatic Diseases & Osteoporosis. I know I will be taken care of with the most importance.
Very disappointing! Wasted gasoline for travel, time from work for several months to be dropped and given up on for treatment and relief for my RA pain. They have a prestigious resume, but in practice, there is nothing special or prestigious about the staff or doctors. Do not waste your time
I moved to Maryland from Georgia almost 2 years ago (December of 2023) and I was referred to Dr. Goyal by a close friend and let me tell you that Dr. Goyal has not disappointed me! She listens to my concerns (no matter how outlandish) and has helped me to embrace my new normal. She also is firm about me seeing other doctors in other disciplines for total body and mind healing, i.e.; dentist, cardiologist, primary care. Absolutely terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls.
Dr. Sharma has been great. From the first visit through the follow-ups and the development of the course of action, she has been very clear in presenting information and understanding in my decisions related to the course we have decided upon.
