I moved to Maryland from Georgia almost 2 years ago (December of 2023) and I was referred to Dr. Goyal by a close friend and let me tell you that Dr. Goyal has not disappointed me! She listens to my concerns (no matter how outlandish) and has helped me to embrace my new normal. Absolutely terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls.
Dr. Sharma has been great. From the first visit through the follow-ups and the development of the course of action, she has been very clear in presenting information and understanding in my decisions related to the course we have decided upon.
I'm shocked at the lack of care, having to wait 5 weeks to get an appt for a prescription refill. Meanwhile I'm in significant pain. Only want your dollars. They won't be having mine!!
Dr. Anu Sharma is an outstanding physician! My experience has been that she is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and easy to talk to! Her new office is lovely, and her staff are very helpful. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Anu Sharma!
