I have the utmost appreciation and respect for the entire staff. I came in at the last minute needing a root canal done. Not only did they save my tooth but they did it AROUND my time without complaints. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before someone took me back and I didn’t even have an appointment. RecommendedI highly recommend this office. I had not had a root canal since 1985 and was scared to death. I hadn't taken any numbing medicine since then either due to a severe reaction. EVERYONE in the office is professional and kind and Emily took fantastic care of me and walked me through every step of the procedure. I trusted her to give me numbing medicine and I had no problems. It was a good experience!
I will have to say....this is one of the best Endodontis office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The facility is amazing. They made me feel welcomed which helped with my dental anxiety. From the receptionist, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist(who is a rockstar by they way Katey I believe) and Dr. Jason West. I left feeling worry free and plus they like jokes! Great team you have Dr. West Family!

They are all awesome at their jobs. Megan took good care of me. While numbing me up I never felt pain, pressure or anxious...perfection. I was able to stay calm while Dr. Jordan deconstructed a root canal, treated an infection and redid the root canal, all done through an existing crown. They are a bit expensive, but worth every penny...it's true...you get what you pay for. Thank you.
Dr. Jordan West, Brooke, and Megan were all amazing. They made my pain go away and were so kind and helpful �
