Apparently they don't accept VA or any federal coverages from what I was told by phone. I understand private practices has the right but the call could have been handled differently. She didn't even attempt to offer other options. What got me is the referral was written specifically for this place. It would probably be a good idea to inform those clinics to not refer anyone in a similar situation. You could even include that on the website or on the referral card in big red bold letters.

I had an intense pain from my tooth in the night, I called here next morning and they immediately took me in for an emergency root canal procedure. Dr West and his team were incredibly kind and supportive. I would recommend this location for anyone
