The care and service (what I remember) was OUTSTANDING. Above and beyond. Here it is after 7pm and I feel . . . Well . . . I feel great 🤣🤣🤣 until this wears off. But I’m typically silly anyway. I had a wonderful experience going to the Center for Endodontics. The front desk staff, and the clinic manager did an amazing job squeezing me in when my tooth started acting up. Dr Jordan was so incredibly gentle and Megan made sure I didn’t feel a thing. Hopefully I don’t have another root canal but if I do I will definitely go back to them!!!
The doctors and staff at this family run and operated practice really care about treating each and every patient with specialized care. Tooth pain is no fun. Don’t put off getting treatment. I highly recommend Dr. West!
This is my friend's experience with Center for Endodontics. Kathleen was unprofessional and judgemental. She ASSUMED that the educated, black woman she was interviewing uses slang, isn't professional, and should be paid significantly less than the discussed amount. Dr John West did not give up on a tooth unlike my regular Dentist and the way I got treated was just amazingly friendly and kind ❣️❣️❣️
Extremely empathetic team of caring people who put up with my need to be treated like a child in the chair. :) I have alot of fear when it comes to even basic dentistry. After explaining my fears and what would make me the most comfortable during my root canal visit, they really went out of their way to treat me with respect and dignity, while meeting my needs and making me feel as comfortable as possible.
