Post root canal day one hurt worse than my c section. The dental guy gaslit me like crazy when I came to get rechecked, implying I was being dramatic. Very unpleasant experience overall.
Was referred here for evaluation and possible procedure. Appreciated Dr. (Jordan) West’s professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He could’ve charged me and done a procedure but instead said he didn’t think it was necessary. He was compassionate and took the time to explain everything to me in words that made sense to a non expert. The assistant was super sweet too, kind and patient with my questions. Front desk staff were also warm and welcoming. Would recommend them and come back here if needed!
This is the kindest and most competent team of specialists I've ever been to. They helped me feel so comfortable with my root canal. Everyone was more than happy to explain what was going on with my bones like they were all really passionate about their work. I brought my stuffed dog to hold onto and I didn't feel judged or out of place at all, they all gave her compliments and I felt so cared for.
