I went for a mammogram. It was fast. Front desk was professional. Took my information 10 min later I was called. Like that. Procedure did not hurt r was not that uncomfortable. Temperature was comfotable.

Went for an ankle injection, first visit and everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt as if I was in very good hands.
Took my mother for a spinal injection. We were 15 minutes late but the front desk staff took her information very quickly despite them getting busy. Waited for the preop nurse to get my mom. Very friendly. Darla was her name. Made my mom feel at ease. The doctor came in, Dr. Burrell, not for sure if that's how you spell it, nice, cordial and comforting to my mom. The ancillary staff, I'm assuming, come and took my mom back to the procedure from were sweet to her. Just a great overall experience.
I was super pleased with my visit and would recommend it. Timely, courteous, and gave good updates.
Took my 93 yr old mother for a CT today. Her appt was at 10:40. We were told before hand that she would need to drink a liquid and wait for 1 hour before the CT could be performed. We had to wait an hour before she ever got the liquid to drink! Then we waited another hour. When we finally were called to go back for the CT we still had to wait another 15 min before the procedure was done. All in all, we waited over 2 hours for a procedure that only took 15 minutes. Because the staff is extremely rude & very disorganized...
Had to wait over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time to begin my procedure. I was put in a room to change and wasn't seen again for 2 hours. Absolutely no communication by the staff that the dr was running behind. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience. Won't be going back again.
