The reception staff and technicians are welcoming , professional, helpful, and genuinely concerned about your comfort and experiences throughout the process and procedures. I also appreciate the promptness of being seen without unnecessary delays in waiting during my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend this facility for your diagnostic imaging needs. I definitely recommend CDI -Desoto. Everyone I encountered from check-in to discharge was professional and extremely kind. The doctor was informative and answered all of my questions. All of the nurses went above and beyond to make sure my experience went as well as possible.

This beautiful spirited person made me feel so comfortable. she explained each step of my procedure and held my hand through the whole process. she truly care and it shows through each word and touch. thank you Annissa for being so genuine
