This facility is amazing! Yes, we've been there with both cars and dogs with serious issues that we had to unfortunately face. Their empathy, caring and kindness cannot be matched. When one has to deal with this as a pet parent you need the highest level of compassion which will be found here. Dr. Low is an amazing doctor whom we consulted regarding our dog Nate's vision issues. From the time I walked in , I knew I brought my Simba to the right place for care. The ladies at the front desk, the nurses, vet techs, and doctor were excellent! Not only are they very knowledgeable, but are kind and compassionate as well. I know my cat is getting g the best possible care! Thank you for what you do!
Everyone we encountered tonight was awesome. My daughter and I said our final goodbyes to our 20 year old cat Cocoa. It was an emotional time for us but the staff and the doctor were phenomenal, I thank God for them all ❤️.
Thank you for your care of Tanker. Dr. Aston kept us up to date and allowed us to ask questions. Most importantly, Tanker was treated as the staffs own puppy!
I was here a few months ago when my dog was attacked by another. They were absolutely fantastic, i was hysterical when i came in with my dog and they handled it wonderfully. She has since made a full recovery! I live out of state and i wish my emergency vet was this good!
Thank you, CARES, for doing what you do! We recently brought in one of our cats who ended up needing surgery, and she is healing well, back to her old self.
