A big thank you to everyone who aided in trying to save my Bella Marie and to those who helped her on her way over the rainbow bridge back in July. My heart has never been more broken. But to have such a caring and compassionate team help us, really helped ease some of the pain. My fiancé and I thank you all for trying to help my Bella Marie.
Thank you to the staff last night who was no very nice and compassionate as we had to make that horrible decision for our Shorty. You truly understood our feelings and were very gentle. We appreciate it. Five star.
Very caring and understanding. Gave me all options of what I could have done then or what could wait to be done at my vet for a lesser cost. Everyone I met was extremely nice to my dog and myself and was very thorough in explaining discharge instructions. Took my dog in right away to see what was wrong with her.
Dog ingested entire bottle of liver supplements. They were able to get me in, wait was only around an hour which is great for an emergency hospital. (I did go at a slow time of night though) very friendly staff, will definitely use again if needed!
Excellent and caring staff. They sent me text photos of my dog every evening and every morning while she was hospitalized. They even have free Starbucks in the lobby. Need a vet at 2AM? No problem.
CATES has cared for s number of our own and foster greyhounds. Wonderful, caring people.
The team at Cares has been taking care of my fur kids for years. They are kind, considerate, loving and go above and beyond for all the fur babies that cross their path.
