RecommendedAmazing staff and doctors—trustworthy, kind and responsive! I absolutely would recommend them for emergency care or the simple care for your animal. I unfortunately had to put my dog down, and the people at Cares truly helped make our experience a bit easier. They’re respectful and knowledgeable to a T! We love CARES! We have been there for ER and go for routine visits with Dr Darrin one of the neurologist whom is out of this world and the neuro nurses are amazing. My Pongo is scared to death and gets very upset and they are patient and kind with him and are just amazing. 10 stars all around.

We took our dog Lucy for an oncology consult. Everyone was so pleasant. The dr. Explained our options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. They did not rush us. This office is very accommodating. I highly recommend them.
I brought our Zoie there today due to Glaucoma. The staff and doctors were so great and caring for our girl. Even the people in the waiting room were awesome and so loving to each other’s fur babies. The staff was honest and empathetic. Highly recommend!
I just left Cares with my pupper, Jake. He’s currently under treatment for Heartworm with my regular vet. We saw Dr. O’Brien and I can’t say enough about how sweet natured, kind and friendly she was. She took the utmost of care with my bubba and was so kind to my family as well. I’m sad they don’t do regular vet services or I’d switch in an instant. She’s amazing. The whole team was great and friendly. If you have any ER needs or specialist care, go here. Thanks Dr. O’Brien!
Last night, my family was together for our annual exchange of gifts for the holiday, when our family dog took a turn for the worse. My sister, mom, and niece had to take our family dog to Cares. These circumstances are never easy, but we were really hoping she would hold out til Christmas. CARES has a few doctors who just want to ‘rubber stamp’ their patients and cash in on the $$ for multiple visits. And a few of them just want to push the meds, never getting to the root of the problem making you/ your pet just another number walking through the door. I am unable to say whether or not their ER services are good, but I can tell you that some of their specialty areas/doctors/services are way over priced and not at the level of which they should be when it comes to diagnosing and providing true healthcare servic... read more
