Went once- for an allergic reaction my cat used to have years ago. My vet takes one look at him and treats him for $50. this place had no idea what was going on- tried getting me to do ridiculous tests after explaining how he gets these reactions- $600 later and I'm still going back to my vet for proper treatment. Found a much better emergency care place for future issues.
RecommendedWe’ve now been to CARES three times, twice for our dogs, and once for end of life care for our friend’s dog. They were incredibly kind, caring, and thorough. We can’t recommend them enough.
Took my pup here for a paw injury even for it being 2 am everyone was super friendly smiling and caring. The doctors gave multiple care plan options and the pros and cons to both. 4 paws up!
Our pup Jezebel saw Dr. King... everyone we met at Cares are extremely nice and knowledgeable...
the staff were so nice, they treated my dog with care and empathy. the Doctor worked with me on the prices of what needed to be done and that helped me greatly.
At 1 in the morning my dog was crying in pain for over an hour and no one treated her until we walked out and went to VSEC where she was treated right away as soon as they saw her condition. She passed away 18 hours later but was at least treated for her pain

I’m so grateful for your calmness and empathy, it was unbelievably helpful and reassuring. Also, a special thanks to Dr. Geis. This was the most amazing veterinary facility I have ever been to. We had to bring my 15 year old chihuahua, Carmella, in on Friday night for an emergency. The vet was the most empathetic, knowledgable, and caring woman I have ever met. The women at the front desk were so genuine and caring and empathetic. I know that no stone was left unturned to try and keep Carmella comfortable and make it through the weekend.
