This is a wonderful facility, with caring and knowledgeable staff.
Dr. Christina Fischer was so thorough and caring as was the tech tjr first saw us The atmosphere was immaculate, professional and friendly. I highly recommend going there.
I can't say enough good things about this place. My Frenchie needed urgent cervical surgery for IVDD. From door to door, I am happy with the care she received from every team member. Her procedure and anesthesia went smoothly. I was confident and comfortable leaving her there for recovery until I could bring her home.
Everyone there s so friendly, kind and caring and the facility itself is spotlessly clean. Everyone showed us such sympathy and tried very hard to alleviate our fears and they took such great care of our little guy. We will never go anywhere else. CARES was a dream during what was a horrible nightmare. Thank you to everyone there that we have the love of our life back with us and he is doing very well! ❤️🐈🐈🐈
This is a great hospital they have a great team . THEY save my dog life n am grateful for there great job.
Dr & staff were very nice however I feel its either a pay thousands for treatment or just put your dog down mentality and that really upset me. Our doxie woke up unable to use her back legs & they said she needed surgery at $6000-7000 which we didnt have so we were told to take her home and spend time with her and that they were open 24 hrs if we wanted to bring her back to euthanize. Im happy to say after meds & 9 1/2 weeks of strict crate rest she is walking again�
I was so impressed with the staff at CARES. They saved my cats life and took exceptional care of him. My kids loved the text messages which were sent by my cat with pictures of him saying good night and good morning. What a special touch!! � �
Cares is awesome. Brought my dog Simon in for stomach issues and the staff was fantastic. Thanks for all you do.
