STUDENTS BE AWARE - WARNING TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIVE HERE. Living here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They changed the parking tags without ever notifying residents. My car was towed despite having the original tag, and I had to pay out of pocket. I showed them proof that I never received any communication, yet they did nothing to resolve it. warning to Incoming Tenants: Proceed with Caution I am sharing this based on my personal experience living in this apartment complex. While the location may seem convenient, the quality of management and maintenance services has been extremely disappointing. I hope this helps future tenants. Ongoing Issues: Maintenance Requests Ignored: It often takes 5–10 service requests, along with multiple in-person visits, to get maintenance issue addressed.
