If there was an option to give this place 0 stars I would. When the dishwasher went out they did not come in to fix it for a whole month. When the AC unit went out it took all three roommates calling and filling in a maintenance report for the office to even look at the unit. But I digress the place has horrible maintenance and even worst reception. They will tow at their convenience and not reimburse even if you have their parking pass or are a resident

STUDENTS BE AWARE - WARNING TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIVE HERE. Living here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They changed the parking tags without ever notifying residents. My car was towed despite having the original tag, and I had to pay out of pocket. I showed them proof that I never received any communication, yet they did nothing to resolve it.
