Maintenance has gotten better and they are more reliable and communicate. Whenever I put it a request, I got the help I needed in a good amount of time.
The staff and maintenance crew here are helpful and quick with fixing problems! My dryer had stopped working a while back and as I was leaving for errands that day, I casually asked one of the maintenance guys if I could have it looked at. I figured they probably had a lot to do that day and it would be a while before anybody could come by. But one of the workers, Tone, showed up shortly after and had it back running the same day!
