Staff was great. Brought my daughter in with a puncture wound to the hand. She was scared and in pain, she is 10, they took her back almost immediately. We were in and out in about 3hrs. Ply issue was when oh send to fill her prescription, they had prescribed the wrong dose, it took the pharmacy over an hour to get a hold of them to verify and correct it.
My Dad was admitted on Friday.... They still are not sure what happened. But the Staff is Friendly and the Nurses are amazing. I had to go to the ER once and was amazed by the short waiting time and nice emergency rooms.
I was in for day surgery on my knees and was impressed with how friendly and caring everyone was! They are attentive, helpful and actively sensitive to the needs of their patients. Ray was my nurse and he was amazing!!
There was absolutely no discharge planning or coordination. We never even got to see a case manager...unacceptable! The nursing staff did not seem to have any answers and did not communicate any of our needs to the physician. Not very competent!
In for 5am check in, was released by 8:30am, and home by 9am. No pain at all until the next day! All nurses and personnel were very pleasant, however there is no rush to have another surgery!!!!
I went in around 2 am and was out feeling much better before 6am. This place is much better than other hospitals in the city.
I had a visit to the ER. Th staff was incredible from the check in through checkout, the doctors and nursing staff are all courteous and personable. The facilities are immaculate. And even when I called later to pick up my records, they were I credibly efficient and I had scans discs and paper records ready within 20 minutes! Very positive experience. My choice of hospital in this future, no doubt!
