Plain and simple their goal is not patient care. Door to door terrible service and no communication from the staff. ER is outsourced so to speak so as long as they get their money they don't care about their patients and unfortunately upstairs is no different. A certain staff member on the 8th floor had no regard for personal privacy and acted in complete disregard for their patient . If you have a choice go somewhere else.
Took almost 12 hours to get into surgery and afterwards nurses are MIA. I have been here for hours and I don't even know who the nurse is . No one has come by and checked on him, even though we use the call button!
My friend gave birth here on July 10th, 2017... The medical professionals did whatever "testing" (not sure how thorough those tests were) and discharged a baby with a undetected heart defect and in less than 48 hours, her baby passed away. I cannot describe how I feel but I am extremely confused (working in the medical field myself) as to how this was missed. Surgery could have saved his life... the system/new born testing that this hospital has in place FAILED this beautiful baby.
Visited E.R. for Seizures and body pain. I was treated instantly, but, I was stuck 6 times in both arms by 3 different ppl before getting a vein. Now, my arm is bruised and sore.
I was treated promptly and with compassion my Dr Jason G MD was thorough and while I was being seen for one thing my Dr found out I had UTI very pleased and satisfied
The front reception ER ppl cld use a little work... but the hospital staff had me taken care of and released in the most efficient, friendly, knowledgeable & personable way!! This is an awesome hospital!
The staff and drs were amazing. They were very attentive and I absolutely loved all of my nurses and drs that took care of me. I couldn't of asked for better care.
