The absolute worst. Before bringing my son into ER I spoke to admission & triage nurses. Both suggested I bring him in. Two hours later, we get sent out the door with an "I'm sorry. There is nothing we can do." My son suffers with major depression. He's anorexic due to an absorption issue. He has chronic fatigue, hypermobility, fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My daughter was sick for over 30 days and progressively worsened after 2 visits to PCM, took her to the ER with fever, cough and chills for blood work and chest X-Ray. The PA there treated me like crap as if I am worried over nothing that my child is sick and is not recovering. All of the staff we encountered had an extremely unpleasant attitude. If you hate your job that much go into another career! I can’t wait to get a survey for that HCAP score!

Surgical suites were wonderful!! The floor nurses were terrifying! I waited for over 2 hours after surgery for pain meds, then was given a double dose by two different nurses! I was told by a Supervisor it was “ok because the dosage wasn’t going to kill me”. That floor was a dark and scary place!!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.... when we got here we were LITERALLY the only people here... they put us in a cubicle with a terrible recliner for my 9 year old and there’s nothing else. Not even a box of tissues. Asked if she could have a spot to actually lay down and the young snotty nurse said she’s not sick enough and they have to save actual beds for people that need them more... we were actually told to come here by dr... not just trying to take up space ���� more than 2 hours of waiting and the place is sti... read more
Excellent Hospital, Excellent Staff, Excellent Care!
Sometimes they are slow sometimes they are fast depends what days.. if you are breathing talking and walking you are fine you can wait till the doctor/ nurses comes sees you... don’t for get they have other people to attend too that has more higher priorities than your stupid ass
I took somebody to this hospital at 10:10pm on December 30. Isn't it a HIPPA violation for people (patients) to record people coming in the door for medical? I won't be doing this hospital ever again if I have a medical emergency
