I ended up in the ER at Centennial Hills Hospital after a bad fall. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility should I need emergency treatment again.

Employees very professional and accommodating. And very organized
I dont know where to start. First, the emergency staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They are rude but most of all they lack a sense of urgency. If you are the only person in the ER you will still wait an hour before an inadequate doctor comes over to see you. The rooms and beds are disgusting. Just an absolute nightmare. Blood, vomit and fecal matter can be seen all around the rooms. When you are admitted, they do not communicate effectively especially when they have a communication board in each room. The awesome staff took wonderful care of me before, during, and after my surgical procedure.
your admission dept is horrible and unfriendly after my procedure nobody called to check on me which I have never had before your nurses are wonderful
I have always received excellent care.
