Went to the ER for possible covid virus, had all the signs. Was diagnosed by the doctor - cold virus. After 4 days went to another hospital bec I’m not really feeling well. Was admitted bec i had pneumonia and was tested positive for covid. I’ll never go to this hospital again. This hospital is not ready for covid. And the doctor seem not so sure of her diagnosis.
RecommendedI had double knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago, As a nurse, I commend the staff on the Ortho floor for their compassionate care. Having both knees done, I was very needy and helpless. I work ER which most nurses say "that's crazy- I couldn't deal with those patients but I feel the same about Ortho. Having to void and needing 2 staff members to get you up and shuffle to the toilet- trying to sit- omgoodness it was tough. The staff were polite and professional. I recommend the Ortho experience, I was in good hands.
Screen all employees when arriving for work with temp check (oh but you don't have thermometers!!)
ER staff was wonderful. Got there when they were changing shifts but still got great quick service.
The ER staff physicians are the WORSE !! Every single time I go there I’m dissatisfied . Either the nurses are very rude no compassion or the doctor is treating you like crap!! I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to Centennial Hospital! Unless it’s an extreme emergency 🚨
I had surgery at this hospital two days ago. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. All the nurses and doctors gave me the best care. My surgery went better than expected and I was sent home to recover. Great experience.
The wait time was ridiculous. When you have someone fast for a procedure you should take into consideration that fact. I was waiting for 40 minutes past my arrival time before being called to enter required paper work. Everything else was fine. The staff was professional and friendly. I went to the emergency room recently and was later admitted. My experience with every single staff person was top notch. My ER doc was awesome along with ER nurses Jonathan and Chris. Third floor nurses Michael and Dre made my stay so much easier. They were patient and caring and didn't mind answering my questions (and I had a lot of them). They seriously went above and beyond. Thanks to all of you and to CNA's Rose and Austin. PS Room was spacious and clean.
