My Great Grandson took a forward spill on my tile floor while crawling around and resulted in a egg size knot on his forehead. I was overly impressed by the ER staff from the beginning to the end of the visit. I was very secure with everyone knowing their job and the hospital policies. Although we were there longer than I had expected for observation but they continued to check back with us on a regular basis. The staff even provided us with additional formula for him as time had exceeded our supply.
The emergency room out-sources the Doctor positions to charge you extra. The hospital sends you a bill for using their building and the Doctor, who is out of network, sends you another much higher bill. This is a scam that hospitals are running now to bleed customers of money, and they don't warn you that the doctors are out-sourced and out-of-network.

They were very nice. Made the surgery process not stressful.
From beginning to end this hospital provided amazing service. The staff I experienced were friendly, professional, and made my surgery and stay a pleasant experience. There was not a single negative moment the entire time I was there. Even the food was good, for hospital food that is. But if you have someone able to go down to the cafe the food was great. The employees truly seem to care about their patients.
I reacently had surgery at centennial hills and give them 5 out 5 stars every staff member I came in contact with was amazing and caring and very concerned with my comfort I would especially like to commend Ashley my evening nurse on the 3rd floor she was professional but at the same time comforting and was genuinely concerned with my well being and comfort.
