There was absolutely no discharge planning or coordination. We never even got to see a case manager...unacceptable! The nursing staff did not seem to have any answers and did not communicate any of our needs to the physician. Not very competent!
In for 5am check in, was released by 8:30am, and home by 9am. No pain at all until the next day! All nurses and personnel were very pleasant, however there is no rush to have another surgery!!!!
I went in around 2 am and was out feeling much better before 6am. This place is much better than other hospitals in the city.
I had a visit to the ER. Th staff was incredible from the check in through checkout, the doctors and nursing staff are all courteous and personable. The facilities are immaculate. And even when I called later to pick up my records, they were I credibly efficient and I had scans discs and paper records ready within 20 minutes! Very positive experience. My choice of hospital in this future, no doubt!
Check in is ok, understaffed in the ER though. Was moved to a different room multiple times because they were disorganised,
I gave birth to my 2nd there. It was absolutely chaotic they way they check on their patients every single hour during the day and every 2 hours at night. HOW is anyone supposed to rest after giving birth with them barging in and waking up mom, dad AND the baby every hour ?!?!? (Like seriously please don't FN wake the baby again!!! ) I didn't have this problem at Southern Hills. I will never ever everrrrrr come back to this hospital.
