Everyone in the office is amazing. Front desk staff are pleasant. The nurse who checked us in, Michelle, was very kind & friendly while being professional & thorough. Dr Zhang is always kind, empathetic, listens well & is proactive in regards to my health. He also listens to my concerns & respects my viewpoint. The young lady who checked us out (sorry I didn’t get her name) was so friendly. It's refreshing in this day and age to feel like a valued patient/client instead of a piece of meat on a conveyor belt.
The staff treated me with respect and kindness. I do appreciate that.
Great office and staff. Mallory Eaves listens and gives good feedback. We feel well taken care of.
