The lady at the front desk is rude and hangs up on people before they can even speak
This place is great. Everyone at Cempa treated me like a human being, which is (usually) a sorely missed element in my medical experiences. The nurses listened to me without judgment, gave me good information, and took very good care of me when I shared my fear of getting blood drawn. (the process ended up being nbd)
