1. One of the first few days on the job, he asked for $300 more than the contracted price. 2. He was not around to supervise the non-English speaking workers. 3. I told him why I was dissatisfied. He spent a couple of hours attempting to correct some of the problems. Without finishing the job, he went home. A couple of days later he called and subsequently came out again. Friendly company owner, efficent (completed job in 2 days), scraping & retexturing was great for the price, painting not such a great deal but was ok. Would definitely use again for popcorn removal and re-textruing but would probably do the repainting myself.
Mark is very knowledgable and his pricing is very competitive. He doesn't try and oversell his product, he really listens to you and offers advice when needed. Great person to work with!
Very accommodating, reasonable, willing to problem solve. Hard working crew.
Very friendly but hard to reach by phone once contract was signed. Didn't return phone calls when trying to meet to review job and pick texture and paint color. Dust from job and damage to existing paint was unexpected. Ceilings look great, but clean up and paint repair took hours! Very good work, but his customer service has quite a few holes in it.
I liked your service of sending my needs to three professionals. Mark did an excellent job!
Overall they did a wonderful job. Very courteous and reliable. We really love our new ceilings.
