The ceiling work looks great but the attention to detail, communication, and clean up were terrible. Mark was an hour late to the appointment to give me a quote. That should have been my first sign. Also, there is plaster splattered on my wood shutters, windows, and on outlet covers throughout the house. There was miscommunication as to if the kitchen and bathroom ceilings were also to be textured. He shook my hand, complimented my work and happily paid me. She......well, did say the ceilings look great.That was accurate. They did ask me to quote removing chair rail & making wall paint ready. As new homeowners, when they got keys they were looking for progress.Tearing off the chair rail seemed easy enough...should of watched the you tube video. Created 4 times the work by not knowing proper method.....and....I was an hour late with a dead cell phone and a malfunctioning charger.......

First service failed to show on given day. Mark and his tech were able to take on the job on short notice and did a wonderful job! They were courteous, did great work and cleaned up.
Mark was great. He and Robert did an excellent job.
Mark got started right away, and worked every day for the first week of the job. It took a little longer to finish some of the touch-up work, but there were unavoidable scheduling issues. His guys did an excellent job of preventing and cleaning their messes, and there was little cleanup required after they left. Overall a fantastic job in removing our popcorn ceiling.
Mark and his crew did a great job! He came out, inspected my house, and emailed me a competitive price quote within 24 hrs. He was on time to do the job both days, and very polite and courteous. Cleanup was also well done. From experience I've had in the past with contractors being a little flakey, I would definitely recommend Mark - The Ceiling Master!
Mark was a pleasure to work with, and the pricing was fair. The overall customer service was great. There was an effort to return my home in a tidy condition, not perfect, but just fine. I found it odd that no closeout paperwork or receipt was provided nor offered.
