I love living in a place where maintenance is never around. I've lived in apartments for five years and this is the worst service I've ever had. I'm paying for you to do maintenance and take care of your tenants. My dishwasher is overflowing, but that's not an emergency so I guess I'll just wait. The washer I pay for doesn't ever work so I had to call maintenance and there solution was for ME to call LG. Shouldn't you be doing that? This is your building. Can't wait to move in one month. This place is hell.
