NEW MANAGEMENT, lower prices, and BETTER maintenance. Also improve your shady contract that essentially puts all blame on the person renting, meaning YOU don’t need to do your job. Honestly not sure if it’s even legal or not.
We have dealt with cockroaches from day one, washing machine has been down & full of water for two months, mold in the bathrooms that I bleach scrub often, maintenance that quit the moment they start. Not worth it!!! Love the location, it is peaceful, but not worth it!
Outside doors won’t close. Won’t lock. Fire dept made doors into individual apts impossible to exit apt if in wheelchair. Doors into individual apt won’t stay open for wheelchair user to enter-exit.
Had a terrible experience living here. I left a few years ago and never went back. When I first moved out I emailed them and asked if I owed a balance and they said “No”. Now they are sending me to a lawyer for some type of “unpaid balance”. I do not recommend!
Lived there for a few months. Our unit was very dirty and the Cabinets were all rotted out. Management was very nice and came quickly for the few repairs we needed.
The location is definitely the selling point for this community. It is also very quiet here. The new management team seems a lot more helpful than the last so I am hopeful that improvements will be made.
