The dentist team provides great service. HOWEVER, their finance group (especially Mike) need to understand and process their billing correctly as well as better customer service. Mike has lots of attitude, maybe it's Monday afternoon. I have implant done and cleaning after. A financial assessment was provided prior to work being done. Payments were provided along the way. My visit today at CCED 1429 Walnut Street Philadelphia Pa was a very painful experience.. I told the technician that if she hurt me one more time that I was leaving.. so she told me she was done.. today’s visit was not good.. the technician apparently said something to Dr. Tummillo because there was something that he should have been discussing with me which never happened.. by the time I got to check out I asked a question about my fees and the guy there was so rude I walked out.. do I want to return very questionable..
Aieda Baker is an exceptional Dental Hygenist. Extremely skilled, patient, thorough, gentle, & kind. She's a gem w 20 years of experience. Dr. Koo is friendly, funny & comprehensive. The general environment of customer service at this dental practice is phenomenal.
