We recently purchased an Alkota 241D Steam Cleaner from them. - Out of the 3 prices we had, NES was the best price. - I had A LOT of questions in the attempt to make an informed decision. Shane answered all of them for me, even the ones he had to get more information on. Other vendors seemed to get frustrated answering the same questions. - They took delivery of it, checked the unit to make sure everything was correct, then repacked it for us to pick up.
